A youth focused education foundation positioned to reimagine learning across Africa through purpose driven, creative exposure.
MUNA Foundation, which stands for Moving Up New Africa, is a youth focused NGO addressing gaps in Africa’s education system through alternative learning interventions, reading culture, and scholarship support.
The brand required more than visibility. It required clarity of philosophy and a scalable growth framework.
We worked to define MUNA’s core positioning around reimagining education through purpose. Unlike traditional programs that focus solely on exams or technical skills, MUNA uses creative and exploratory learning to help young people discover identity, build confidence, and understand how they fit into the world.
A central pillar of the brand is reading as a tool for identity formation. Exposure to books, ideas, and conversation becomes a vehicle for self discovery in communities where access is limited. This philosophy extends into tech enabled, community rooted learning hubs designed to spark imagination and long term growth.
Beyond brand positioning, we developed a phased strategic roadmap to scale the foundation.
The initial phase focuses on building internal structure and visibility. This includes developing operational systems, impact tracking, a cohesive visual identity, and a clear fundraising funnel.
We also shaped the founder’s thought leadership strategy to position her as a social entrepreneur and youth advocate. Through consistent storytelling, digital visibility, and strategic partnerships, MUNA is being positioned not just as a nonprofit, but as a youth empowerment movement aligned with education and digital inclusion goals.
The result is a clear brand foundation and structured path toward scale, partnerships, and measurable impact.
