We are looking for a Copywriter / Voice Architect who understands that language is strategic infrastructure. This role goes beyond writing captions or website copy. You will design how brands speak, think, and sound across every touchpoint. You will work closely with the Strategy Director to translate brand archetypes and positioning frameworks into distinctive, scalable messaging systems.

(Key Responsibility)
  • Develop tone of voice systems for client brands

  • Build messaging architecture including pillars, narratives, and positioning statements

  • Write website copy, campaign copy, launch messaging, and brand decks

  • Create signature phrases, taglines, and verbal identity guidelines

  • Ensure voice consistency across digital platforms and campaigns

  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and social teams to align language with visuals

  • Refine founder thought leadership voice for LinkedIn and editorial platforms

  • Edit and elevate internal and client facing materials

(Qualifications)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a copywriter in a studio, agency, or freelance capacity

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand voice development and long form strategic writing

  • Ability to translate abstract brand philosophy into clear, compelling language

  • Experience building messaging frameworks, not just writing isolated pieces

  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to nuance

  • Comfortable working across industries including lifestyle, nonprofit, coaching, and hospitality

  • Self directed with strong communication and collaboration skills
