We are looking for a Digital Brand & Content Manager who understands that social media is strategic, not reactive. This role goes beyond posting and scheduling. You will manage brand presence across platforms, ensure tonal consistency, and translate brand positioning into engaging digital narratives. You will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and voice teams to maintain clarity, cohesion, and performance.

(Key Responsibility)
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars

  • Translate brand strategy into platform specific content

  • Write captions aligned with established voice systems

  • Oversee posting, scheduling, and engagement

  • Monitor analytics and refine strategy based on performance

  • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across platforms

  • Support founder thought leadership development

  • Coordinate with video editors and designers on content execution

(Qualifications)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for brands in a studio, agency, or freelance capacity

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and digital storytelling

  • Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

  • Ability to interpret brand voice guidelines and execute consistently

  • Basic analytics literacy and performance tracking skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Self directed with the ability to manage multiple projects
